To submit an entry for the Club Fishing Contest, download the form to the left, fill it out and do one of the following:
 

  • bring the completed form to a club meeting

  • email the completed form to the club at: OregonBassAndPanfish@gmail.com

    • Please put "Contest Entry" in the subject of the email
